In a classic what-the-hellwas- she-thinking moment, KATIE HOLMES toted rambunctious tot SURI to the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel Polo Lounge for a high-powered meeting with studio suits – but it quickly degenerated into a hair-raising experience.

As buttoned-down execs doggedly discussed deal points, squirmy Suri kept tugging and pulling Mommy’s hair, giggling nonstop like Daddy on OPRAH’s couch.

Finally surrendering, Katie announced she just couldn’t focus with Suri yanking her roots out, and cut the meeting short.
