Exiting an LA recording studio, JUSTIN BIEBER grinned when two teen girls who’d been waiting outside for hours ran up as his bodyguard tried to shoo them away – but because they were just two and not a crowd, the star let the cuties approach, hugged one, turned to the other…then felt a slight tug on the back of his head.
Whirling to face the girl behind him, he yelled: “Hey…what the hell?” Grinning, the little witch triumphantly held up a tiny lock of Bieber hair she’d snipped with fingernail scissors and squealed: “I GOT IT!”
As the giggling imps scampered off without even a “thank you,” The Bieb scowled and snapped: “You see?…I try to be nice, but these girls are crazy!”
