SIMON BREAKS THE BENTLEY

Shocker for SIMON COWELL, who pulled his Bentley over to the curb to call his assistant – and parked in a nono zone! Moments later, a cop cruiser pulled in behind him, but Simon – plugged to the phone and jotting notes – didn’t notice the officer walking toward him, ticket book in hand. Before the cop could tap on his window, Simon hung up, backed up and – SMASH! – plowed into the blackand- white, which he hadn’t noticed. “Must be your lucky day,” quipped the cop as he wrote him a parking ticket. The “American Idol” judge wasn’t charged with whacking the cop car’s massive, bullet-proof grill because it suffered no damage – but Judge Cowell’s Bentley sustained a big, fat dent!
