Something fishy went down at trendy Studio City sushi spot Katsu-ya when Sean Penn rolled in with sexy Charlize Theron – and literally CLOSED the joint without knowing it!
Said My Raw Spy: “The lovers nibbled happily until Sean strolled out in the night air for a smoke. But as he re-entered, he accidentally knocked down the ‘OPEN’ sign on the door. Quickly replacing it, he didn’t realize he’d turned it around … and it now read, ‘CLOSED.’ After that, new arrivals spotting the sign simply turned away!
