“Brothers & Sisters” co-star SALLY FIELD is selling her Malibu home, but she’s dictating strict rules for tire-kickers.

You’ve got to be a “qualified” buyer and prove you can afford her fancy pad just to get through the door, but then (1) be prepared to towel down with hand wipes because Sally’s worried about spreading dreaded germs, (2) take your shoes off because she doesn’t want dirt tracked, and (3) if she happens to be in the house, pretend you really, really DON’T like her because conversation with Ms. Thing is forbidden.
