RUSSELL: GRILLING GROANS

"Gladiator" RUSSELL CROWE – playfully playing Samurai Sword-Fighter with chopsticks while seated around the grill at Manhattan Benihana's with pals – suddenly over-balanced and slammed his hand down on the sizzling cooking surface! Shrieking in pain, Crowe – can you blame him? – ripped off a stream of curses, but calmed down when waitresses came running with a bucket of ice and cold water. Crowe stuck his hand in the bucket – and never removed it once while chowing heartily on delicious grilled goodies.
