SCARY MOMENT on “Everybody Loves Raymond” when second-banana Brad Garrett grabbed star Ray Romano for a scene, lifted him high and . . . SMASH! Ray’s head slammed into an overhead mike, knocking him COLD! Everyone freaked and the director was ordering an ambulance when Ray groggily opened his eyes. Helped up, he moaned and rubbed the back of his head as Garrett — nearly in tears — said, “Gee, I’m so sorry! I didn’t see that mike.” Ray patted him on the back, then took a break until the birdies stopped singing!
