PATRICK DEMPSEY MISTAKEN FOR A DOORMAN?

Patrick Who???... “Enchanted” star PATRICK DEMPSEY was totally enchanting when an elderly woman entered the posh Beverly Hills Hotel for brunch and mistook the handsome “Grey’s Anatomy” hunk for – oops! – the doorman.

The old lady had a hard time walking so Patrick grabbed her arm and asked if he could escort her to the restaurant. She happily agreed – then pulled out a $50 tip! “Thank you so much,” said the bemused actor, “but…I can’t accept this. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Patrick Dempsey.” The woman smiled sweetly, still not recognizing him, and wouldn’t take no for an answer. Patrick wound up keeping the tip, but promised her he’d give it to charity. (Such a nice boy!)
