O, NO! Here’s an OPRAH WINFREY shocker: Despite raking in million$$ over the years for her top-rated “Oprah” interviews with MICHAEL JACKSON, sister JANET JACKSON, ex-wife LISA MARIE PRESLEY – not to mention her soon-to-be-aired at-home special with mom KATHERINE JACKSON, and children PRINCE, PARIS and BLANKET – America’s much-beloved Queen of Daytime TV greedily stuck her manicured hand out for a fat payoff, flatly refusing to appear in a group photo on the cover of a new album of never-released King of Pop songs unless Sony crossed her palm with silver!
Said a source: “Oprah’s always positioned herself as a confidante to the Jackson family, coming off like she cares deeply about Michael and the welfare of his children. So when Sony executives asked her to appear in a group photo on the cover of a soon-to-be-released album featuring songs Michael’s fans have never heard before, you’d think she’d jump at the chance to promote a project that will ultimately benefit his fatherless children, but…WRONG! Oprah said she’d appear on the cover – along with dozens of other people who were influential in Michael’s life – ONLY if she received financial participation in the album!”
When the record label turned her down, Oprah flat-out refused to be pictured on the album cover.
