Said a source close to the star: "Heather's excuse to Jack was that she wants to concentrate on her child and her career, but she's got other reasons for not wanting to take a repeat trek down the aisle after her nasty divorce from RICHIE SAMBORA - who romanced DENISE RICHARDS, her ex-BFF.
