Two weeks ago I told you the “V.I.P.” bombshell refused to pose with the pooch star of “The Grinch” at an animal rights awards show — but Pam says she NEVER poses with animals because it’s just another form of exploitation, and she won’t use them on her show! (Personally, I find some animal stars get mighty pushy when it comes to photo ops!)
