First, a freak accident killed two stunt pilots flying over a Colombian mountain Cruise had cruised in a chopper mere moments before … then came THIS shocker: A deadly cobra used in the flick disappeared from its cage, went missing for a day — then suddenly reared its deadly head IN TOM’S DRESSING TRAILER!
