GIRLS JUST WANNA HAVE FUN DEPT.: Out partying in Barcelona, Spain, MILEY CYRUS and a cute galpal drove up to hot club Moog as Li’l Miss Wrecking Ball spotted a beyond-hunky dude and screamed at her driver: “Go after that guy – tell him I want to make out with him!”
Said an insider: “The guy, who was with a buddy, turned out to be a 20-year-old Norwegian who barely spoke English, but right
away he asked in a thick accent if she was Miley Cyrus. Nodding, the star said, ‘Let’s go for a ride – and bring your adorable friend!’” Both guys jumped in and Miley lip-locked her handsome Nordic stud in less than 30 seconds. Her pal followed suit, and the make-out queens were chauffeured around Barcelona for a good 20 minutes – until Miley suddenly came up for air and told her driver to go back to Moog.
Said the insider: “That’s when Miley told her Norwegian, ‘You’re a really good kisser and it’s been fun, but it’s time to go!’”
The guys, shocked that their evening wasn’t climaxing as hoped, got out – and when Miley’s squeeze asked for her phone number, she blew him a kiss and slammed the limo door!
