Ex-“Seinfeld” wacko Michael “Kramer” Richards waltzed into the swanky Il Fornaio eatery on Santa Monica Beach, went straight back to use the toilet — then split! An amused diner told a waiter, who admitted that it was routine behavior for Richards: He uses Il Fornaio’s john even when dining at pricey Ivy next door! Said the waiter: “Michael likes our toilets!”
