Impatient “West Wing” star Martin Sheen won’t sit still for the show’s makeup artist — he’s probably the only actor in Hollywood who refuses to put pancake makeup on his kisser. Martin adds his own sheen in the privacy of his dressing room, using brown mascara and eyebrow pencil for a quick cosmetic fix that he says “brings out my eyes.”
