Apologies and rehab are paying off for "Grey's Anatomy" star ISAIAH WASHINGTON! Last week I told you how a gay hustler heckled Dr. McAngry on a West Hollywood street for his "f " word slam at co-star T.R. KNIGHT - but here's happier news: While dining at Crescendo in Santa Monica, a flamboyantly gay man stopped by Isaiah's table, planted a wet one on his cheek and gushed, "Don't you worry about a thing, honey - we still love our Dr. Burke!" Furious, Isaiah PUNCHED HIM OUT! (Oh, lighten up...I'm kidding! Actually, Isaiah thanked the guy for "his support and enthusiasm.")
