LOUD KIDDIES MAKE MARCIA CROSS

"Desperate Housewives" co-star MARCIA CROSS, who's pregnant with twins, just got a crash course in Mommy-hood - and scored a lousy "F" in Patience 101. Lunching with a galpal at a Santa Monica eatery, Marcia got visibly annoyed when two small kids with their moms kept running around and making a racket. Snapped Marcia to her pal: "Those kids are so noisy. Why can't they stay in their seats?" Rolling her eyes, the pal told her, "Better get used to it...that's what you're facing in a couple of years."
