LINDSAY'S TICKET FIASCO

Hot on the heels of published reports about mascara-streaked LINDSAY LOHAN sobbing in her parked car on an LA street at 6:45 a.m. after a hard party night – and wailing to a concerned passerby that she’d been calling police “for two hours” about men following her car and trying to “hit” it – comes this bizarre, broad - daylight brouhaha witnessed by My Spy: Lindsay kicking and yanking on a BevHills parking meter so violently that a meter maid warned her she’d be cited if she didn’t quit immediately! Lindsay apparently had a legit beef – the meter had eaten coins without registering them, she yelled – but instead of explaining calmly and quietly, she ranted and raved… then stalked off, saying she refused to deposit more money. Sighing, Meter Maid wrote Mean Grrrl a ticket and popped it under her windshield wiper!
