WANT NOT, WAIST NOT DEPT.: LINDSAY LOHAN, who loves livin’ large, can apparently get high on just about anything – and here’s how she hits a mind-blowing sugar high at her local Cinnabon: “I hate the actual buns, but I LOVE that gooey frosting,” admits the ravenous drama queen, who always refuses the doughy bun and opts for a hot, heaping cup of that creeeamy white frosting.
