Desperate to snatch FELICITY HUFFMAN's handbag, a sneak thief raced up and grabbed it as she exited Barneys in BevHills, then tried to beat feet with his celebrity booty, but... YANK! The Desperate Housewives star — who prides herself on her strong, yoga-developed arms — stood firm and jerked back hard! Stunned and off-balance, the jerk jerked back even harder. But Felicity — face mottled red with anger — braced her legs, gave a mighty heave... and emitted a yell that sounded not unlike the scary he-she man-voice she used in her new flick Transamerica! Shocked, the creep gave up his no-win tug-of-war, took off down the street and disappeared into an alley. Felicity told pals she was glad she'd refused to surrender her property, but the street fight shook her up — and her arms are sore as hell!
