HARRISON FORD SUPPORTS STRIKERS
HARRISON FORD showed up in front of Warner Bros. studio to support picketing writers and told the guys: "I'm too old to march, but I have something for you all." The "Indiana Jones" star popped the back of his SUV and pulled out boxes containing what he called "survival gear" - packets of those hand/feet warmers you shake hard to make chemicals inside heat up. The grateful strikers, who'd been shivering in LA's January cold wave, stuffed the warmers into boots, sneakers and gloves - then waved and yelled: "Thanks, Indy," as The Old Geezer sped off.
