Big-mouth Chef GORDON RAMSAY – whose show “MasterChef” just debuted with the highest ratings of any new summer series – got his trap shut fast by gorgeous wife TANA after ad-libbing a shockingly raunchy crack while telling radio host RYAN SEACREST how he’d singed one of the...er, family jewels in a fiery kitchen accident years ago.

Explaining he’d stood too close to the stove at his UK restaurant when he suddenly “felt this searing heat” in his nether regions, Ramsay blurted: “Tana needed ice cubes in her mouth.” Instantly turning beet red, Wifey waited until the interview ended – then went ballistic, snarling: “Don’t you EVER embarrass me like that again! That was NOT funny...do NOT make jokes at my expense!”

Tana raged on until her chastened chef swore he’d never serve up a half-baked joke again.
