Talk about a BIZARRE mishap! Former “Beverly Hills, 90210” co-star Rebecca Gayheart had her pet pooch on a leash as she entered the lobby of a Vancouver hotel with her arms full of packages. She got into the elevator and the doors closed before she realized the dog was still OUTSIDE! Its leash caught in the closed door and the tiny dog was dragged upward — strangling as the elevator rose!! Rebecca screamed . . . and a nearby bellman raced over and yanked off the dog’s collar before it choked to death. Shaken Rebecca raced the pooch to a vet for a checkup, but it hadn’t even (forgive me!) barked a shin!
