Babe magnet CHANNING TATUM, shopping at Bed Bath & Beyond, went way beyond the call of duty when he chatted for 20 minutes with four thrilled femme fans – spending so much time that concerned better half JENNA DEWAN called to ask where he was.
“Oops, sorry, I gotta run,” the “Magic Mike” star told his admirers. “That’s the wife!”
The gals giggled and he sped off…but too quickly, it turned out. When he got home, charmer Channing realized he’d left his packages behind in the parking lot while yapping with the chicks!
Luckily, the gals took his stuff into the store and explained what had happened.
After red-faced Channing retrieved his bags, Wifey went through them – and suddenly burst out laughing when she discovered one of the starstruck babes had slyly tucked her phone number inside!
