"FRIENDS" STAR: WATCHING EVERY DOLLAR!

Here’s dirt on COURTENEY COX, creator of TV’s short-lived show, “Dirt”:

Exiting eatery Tanzore in Beverly Hills, Cox paid the fee for parking her Mercedes, then handed her valet a crisp $1 bill with a dramatic flourish that made it look like she’d just tipped him a hundred buck$$.

Even George Washington cringed, and the crushed car jock grumbled: “WOW! A WHOLE DOLLAR! Now I can definitely quit my job!”

My Spy says Cox instantly snarked: “Well, if you don’t want it, I’ll take it back.”

Retorted Valet Guy: “No, that’s okay. I’ll use it to buy a pack of gum…or something.”

Looking very unfriendly, the “Friends” star slammed her door and zoomed off.
