Boston homeboy Ben Affleck enraged Red Sox fans when he made dumb cracks about the Beantown team on a radio sportscast. In Toronto to plug his movie “The Sum of All Fears,” the star was asked to do color commentary during a broadcast of a Red Sox-Blue Jays game. Ben’s foul balls included the sneering comment that a hit by one struggling batter was a “miracle” — and his vicious jibe that the Sox pitcher could throw better if he weren’t so FAT! After angry listeners deluged the radio station with calls, a Sox official declared: “He won’t be invited back.”
