THE DEMANDING ONE: Farrah Fawcett was no gem when CBS asked her to promote her new TV movie “Jewel.” The network had set up interviews in New York, but the actress told execs they’d have to provide a queen’s ransom worth of perks — a personal stylist at $7,000 a day; a hair and makeup artist, $4,000 a day; four first-class airline tickets from LA to the Big Apple; a posh suite at the Plaza Athenee hotel and three additional rooms for pals. CBS told her: FORGET IT!
