When fans mobbed WB’s “Smallville” star Tom Welling outside a Coffee Bean on Sunset, an over-excited girl burst into tears and fainted — smacking her head on a parking meter! As blood spurted, one fan — apparently convinced our young star really is Superman — yelled, “Tom . . . DO something!” Faster than a speeding bullet, Tom whipped out his cell phone and called paramedics — then gallantly waited until they came and pronounced the girl O.K.!
