Here's the Special on this week's Star Rehab Menu: LINDSAY LOHAN, working on her drugs/alcohol addiction at LA's Wonderland Center, keeps ignoring rules against special treatment for patients - even celebs - and insists on phoning for take-out from swanky eateries. An order from Mr. Chow in BevHills included chicken on skewers, pot stickers, mixed veggies and hot-'n-spicy bean curd.
