NOW she claims he “grabbed the plaintiff’s genitalia.” OUCH! Hey, Jane, tell your lawyers to proofread more accurately. The suit says you were in the restaurant on or about “January 8” and Johnson was there “January 20.” If that’s the case, Judge Walker rules . . . CASE DISMISSED!
