DON JOHNSON SEX SUIT RIDDLED WITH INCONSISTENCY
Just peeked at the sexual battery lawsuit filed against "Nash Bridges" star Don Johnson by the woman who accused him of harassing her in a Frisco sushi bar in January: Now it looks like she's upped the ante -- or lowered it! "Jane Doe" sued after cops refused to press criminal charges against Johnson -- but get this: All reports say her original complaint was that Don just "talked" about her breasts crudely. NOW she claims he "grabbed the plaintiff's genitalia." OUCH! Hey, Jane, tell your lawyers to proofread more accurately. The suit says you were in the restaurant on or about "January 8" and Johnson was there "January 20." If that's the case, Judge Walker rules . . . CASE DISMISSED!
