“Saturday Night Live” funnyman Dana Carvey got the fright of his life after Hollywood went on hair-trigger alert following tips that terrorists were threatening to blow up a major studio! Filming his new “Master of Disguise” on Universal’s back lot, Carvey was horrified when studio security guards and gun-toting LAPD cops suddenly swarmed onto the famed “New York Street” set, yelling “TAKE COVER!” — and a police helicopter clattered overhead! Carvey and crew cowered as fuzz turned the set inside out, searching for a man who’d passed through one of the security checkpoints established after the bomb threat — but had disappeared before passing through the next one! Afraid that a terrorist had infiltrated the studio, sops stopped everyone in sight, demanding ID. They finally nabbed the guy — who turned out to be a VERY scared visitor who’d simply gotten lost on the vast back lot! Carvey, visibly shaken by the incident, took a deep breath — and went back to being funny!
