Our favorite rock ‘n’ roll bad grrrl keeps driving “24 Hours” producers NUTS in Vancouver! Courtney refused to stay in a hotel, so they rented her a multimillion$$$ dream pad set in a cliff. But she hated walking up and down stairs and (I LOVE this!) refused to use the elevator! Producers moved her to the Four Seasons Hotel — which started billing an extra $100 a day for maid service. The hotel explained that Courtney’s a SLOB (not that bluntly, of course) “and that what ONE maid usually accomplished in 45 minutes was taking THREE maids THREE hours!” (Now that’s a STAR, dammit!)
