Revealed an ex-“Tonight” staffer: “During his fill-ins, ‘America’s Favorite Dad’ would arrive hours early, accompanied by various young women, then disappear with them into his office. When he showed up alone once, a female staffer remarked, ‘You’re flying solo today’ – and Bill instantly begged her to join him in his office. When she declined, he started hitting on every halfway attractive female staffer, asking each to join him alone. Everyone declined, and the women laughed it off at first – then found it all weirdly uncomfortable.
