After a spectacular summer’s-end soiree for family and friends at his Martha’s Vineyard estate, JIM BELUSHI ordered the hardworking catering staff to line up for “a token of my appreciation” – then handed each an autographed copy of his book, “Real Men: According to Jim!” Breaking the stunned silence that followed, Generous Jimbo’s red-faced wife snapped: “Give these people what they want – CASH!” She kept up the tongue-lashing as hubby swiftly whipped out his wallet and handed each of the seven staffers a $50 bill. But talk about a bighearted guy – Jim let them KEEP THE BOOKS
