BRAD PITT phoned to request an exclusive sneak peek at a Nov. 11 auction of STEVE MCQUEEN keepsakes just before he left Namibia. Pitt was especially interested in the late star's classic 1934 Indian Scout motorcycle. He asked the auctioneer to name a price and he would pay it. NO, he was firmly but politely told. It's already been advertised with the other items — like the cool blue sunglasses he wore in "The Thomas Crown Affair" — and will go to auction. And they even turned down Brad's request for a preview peek. Hey, you're not the only movie star in Hollywood, pal!
