BABS SHOWS THANKS

My hat’s tipped to Barbra Streisand on this one — no B.S.! Work crews freezing in below-zero cold at New York’s Ground Zero were thrilled when the often-chilly diva sent BOXES of wooly caps knit in a patriotic pattern — white stars twinkling on red and blue! Each ear-warmer had this embroidered message: “LOVE AND THANKS, Barbra!”
