“C.S.I.” star William Petersen invited pals to his pad to party and watch a big football game on his brand-new big-screen TV. The actor was proud to show off his monster monitor — until halfway through the first quarter the screen went black. Fast-thinking William called a time-out — and dashed to the house next door. Minutes later, the actor came hurrying across his front lawn carrying a 32-inch set with his neighbor. TOUCHDOWN — and the party was popping again.
