Paul McCartney and Heather Mills are done battling it out in divorce court. Now it's up to the judge decide on a settlement for the former couple.

The two separated in 2006 with McCartney accusing Mills of "unreasonable behavior." Reports in British papers claim he offered her around $50 million to take a hike, but Mills took to court for a bigger share of Paul's $1.6 billion fortune.

The final settlement will only become public if Mills challenges it, but the UK's Daily Mail claims to have details of the likely arrangement: McCartney will pay Mills a record $40 million lump sum, with $5 million annual payments until their daughter Beatrice turns 18.

McCartney also will pay Mills' $4 million legal bills. Whatever the terms of the final settlement, it will likely be contingent on Mills signing a confidentiality agreement.
