Martha Stewart has cooked up a new business plan that includes chef Emeril Lagasse. Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. announced Tuesday that it bought the rights to the Emeril Lagasse franchise of cookbooks, television shows and kitchen products. Although Emeril's restaurants were not included in the deal, Martha's company says the purchase will "contribute immediately to our performance."
