Lost star Daniel Dae Kim pleaded not guilty to a drunken driving charge on Nov. 23. Kim, 39, was arrested in October after police spotted him driving erratically. Despite his plea, "he's made an apology to the state, the people of Hawaii and his fans," says Kim's lawyer.

Another legal update: American Idol Season 4 finalist Jessica Sierra was sentenced in Florida on Nov. 19 to 12 months' probation for possessing cocaine and throwing a glass at a bar patron.

Meanwhile, The Bachelor winner Mary Delgado was arrested in Florida on Nov. 21 for assaulting Bryon Velvick, the bachelor who asked her to marry him on the hit ABC show in 2004.
