Dina Lohan's chilling warning about wild child daughter LiLo.

In a phone call obtained by RadarOnline.com Dina tells her ex-husband and Lindsay's father, Michael "time is running out with this kid.

"I know, I'm her mother and I feel it and I'm scared."

"Right now all I know is she's starting to drink and that's bad."

Dina responded to the tapes release yesterday, denouncing Michael as  "unforgivable" and said that she is now working with Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holly, to have him incarcerated for recording the calls during a court ordered stay of protection which meant he was not supposed to contact  the family.

Michael told Radar that Dina's claim is "Bullsh*t!"
