Wild child Lindsay Lohan is at it again - boozing it up, rocking out and no doubt heading back to 'hab.

LiLo was spotted at the NYC bikini bar Hawaiian Tropic Zone chug-a-lugging Grey Goose and Red Bulls as gal pal Samantha Ronson spun vinyl.

Lindsay was really rocking, wildly flailing her blonde mane.  Her lurid gyrations turned Time Square tourists heads like The Exorcist.  

Much later, The Rehabilitator joined pal Ronson in a black Caddie, disappearing down Broadway at 4:15 AM.

The ENQUIRER first reported LilLo had no change of habit back in our February 18, 2008 edition.  She just flies under the radar to avoid detection but has been snorting and boozing as usual.
