L.C.'S BIRTHDAY DRAMA

Oh, the drama! LAUREN CONRAD of "The Hills" and boy-man comic ANDY MILONAKIS were celebrating their birthdays (separately) at trendy restaurant Katsuya on Jan. 30. Andy refused to let the "Hills" fi lm crew get him and his friends in background shots, and things got more complicated when PARIS HILTON stomped in and interrupted the shoot. Paris then sat at a table and hid her face. Eventually, Paris went over and wished Andy a happy birthday, but steered clear of LC's table.
