Former N'Syncer Lance Bass newest lover is a married man.

Bass was spotted with Sebastian Leal, a trainer, at a Malibu party, confirming rumors they're a hot item.

According to The New York Post, the Brazilian born Leal married US citizen Jessica Gannon nine years ago for his green card.

The two never got a divorce for "despite separating three years ago. 

"Lance and Sebastian are very open with each other and have no secrets," an insider told the NY paper.

Bass's rep contacted by the Post declined comment.
