Stressed and strained KATHERINE HEIGL, suddenly forced into begging to keep her gig on “Grey’s Anatomy” after publicly dissing show creators, exploded at a foe-tog snapping her as she drove her mom to a spa appointment at a posh BevHills hotel.
As Heigl wheeled into the hotel driveway, a snap-arazzi ran toward her and kept clicking until she slammed on her brakes and shouted: “I’m with my mother, and I swear if you don’t move I’ll run you the f–k over!”
Jamming pedal to the metal, she rocketed forward.
The lensman literally leaped out of the car’s path as the star streaked past stunned valets and down into the garage, where she caught a hotel elevator to avoid the clicker.
