Jon has secretly assembled devastating documentation proving that his estranged wife is an unfit mother, say sources, and he will not hesitate to use it when she challenges him on the custody of their children.
Jon has carefully documented several occasions when he witnessed Kate throwing terrifying tantrums and tossing children’s toys, revealed a pal. “Jon also has several pictures and a video of Kate spanking one of the children.”
According to the pal, "Jon doesn’t want to fight dirty with Kate, but he will if she attempts to deny him access to their children.”
