In his first extended interview since appearing on national TV eleven months ago disgraced politico and confessed adulterer John Edwards maintains insolent non-denial-denial stance.

Ex-Senator and two-time Presidential Candidate Loser who has not been interviewed since his "confession" last July on ABC News 20/20 after The ENQUIRER caught him red handed at the Beverly Hills Hilton making a late night clandestine visit to mistress , Rielle Hunter,  granted a rare 90 minute phone interview with one of the nation's leading bastions of political reportage.

Leave it to The Washington Post, our 4th Estate brothers in investigative journalism, to get to the crux of the matter.

In their print edition yesterday, June 18, 2009, Alec MacGillis, Washington Post Staff Writer reported:

"In agreeing to his first extended interview since confirming the affair, Edwards refused to talk about Hunter, the baby's paternity, his wife's memoir or the (federal) campaign investigation."

So, in other words --  John Edwards as usual.
