Former American Idol contestant Jessica Sierra was arrested on Dec. 1 — just two weeks after pleading no contest to charges of battery and possession of cocaine. Her second arrest stemmed from an incident in a bar near Tampa, where Sierra allegedly created a disturbance and refused to obey a police request to leave.

Sierra was charged with disorderly intoxication and attempting to flee the scene after her arrest, during which she hurled a flurry of racial slurs and profanities at officers.
