The NATIONAL ENQUIRER has exclusively confirmed that a healthy baby boy was born on May 23 to Jack Black and his wife Tanya.

The couple has yet to decide on a name for their new son, who weighed in at 6 pounds.

The boy is Jack and Tanya's second child.

They also have a 2-year-old son named Samuel.

Jack stars in the animated movie Kung Fu Panda with Angelina Jolie, which is set to premiere June 6.
